Colours!
No way! You may have more “colours” in your hood than I have in mine. That’s why I always try to park Blueberry (I’m trying out names for my car) on my street.
And this is why my commute sucks so hard
Because I happened to get on the train that ran over someone. It was awful. Such a typical San Francisco story…

Don't Underestimate Dunkin Donuts
I wish I’d been there Kiira. Also, maybe we should pass the memo to Jersians everywhere that donuts is technically spelled: doughnuts. Am I wrong?
Ahmed, get on this f@#*ing blog! What were you for Halloween? I was Lady Gaga. And I kinda love her even more after watching this. Although, guys, I think she got a nose job. I love her less if she did. Pshaw. Big noses rock! And so do sad lonely...

No time to go into the marvels of Halloween in the Castro, but one thing is for sure: Lady Gaga was the diva of the day. Skinny Gagas, chubby Gagas, brunette Gagas, hairy Gagas, bloody Gagas, tranny Gagas…but no one rocked it like our Lindsay. Here’s a little taste of Lady Schauga in action. Just for you, Ahmed.*

How Lindsay Met Kiira and Ahmed
I like how Kiira phased her life so clearly. I’ll do the same I guess. (230 words) Middle Child Formative Years: Grew up in Eugene, Oregon, the middle of three sisters. Summers were spent backpacking and generally being outdoorsy. My mom used to pack notes in my lunch box. Rebellious Teen Years: Got super into astrology and 1990’s hippie revival culture—did all the typical things middle children...
How Kiira Came To Her Jersification
Profile? Okay, Linds (or do you prefer Fraulein blog Diktator?). So when my creative writing MFA program asked me to come up with a bio, I churned this out:
Kiira (fiction) was raised in northern California. Growing up she was a competitive fiddler with three State and one National Championships. In 2007, she received her BA in English from Stanford University. During college she attended a...
Where To Start?
I guess I’ll be the one to get this blog thing started. I feel like that’s pretty typical of us all, right? I’m the one who’s usually on time to plans and parties (well, somewhat) while you two drag hours behind your expected arrival time. I’m hoping you each add something to this blog by next week. Think of our blogging time as hours of the day we would otherwise be...

The Beginning
This is our first post. We are writing it together because, for a rare moment, we ARE together. Yes, in one room. But, it won’t always be like this.
We are starting this blog because the three of us are going separate ways. One to London, one to New York (well, Jersey), and one staying in San Francisco—the city where we all became so close. Prior to this separation, we were three very different...
